Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
REQUEST A RETURN
To return an item, please email our customer service team at hello@bymundora.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. In your email, please specify:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item)
Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange
PREPARE YOUR RETURN PARCEL
Once your request is approved and you receive your RMA number, please place the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include a printed note inside the parcel with the following information:
1. Customer details:
Full name
E-mail address
Order number
Date order received
2. Returned product(s):
Product reference
Product name
Quantity
Reason for return (damaged / wrong item / other, please specify)
RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, complete, and returned in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Unless we have made a mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN PARCEL
The return address will be provided by email once your RMA is approved. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to mail your return parcel and keeping the shipping receipt until the return is processed.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will send you a confirmation email within seven (7) days of the receipt. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or proceed with an exchange, depending on your choice.
For returns from the UAE: If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by us, a flat fee of 25 AED will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping charges.
For returns from outside the UAE: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Refunds may take 7–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
EXCEPTIONS - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that have been used, damaged, or not returned in their complete original packaging (including missing product labels)
Unfolded and visibly used tablecloths or linens
Bags or pouches with visible wear, stains or permanent folds
Items with torn seams, stained, burn marks, discoloration, or fabric stains
Products that have been mishandled, such as through improper washing, ironing, or folding
