WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. A third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
UAE shipping
We offer shipping in the UAE at the following rates:
Shipping method: Courier (2-3 working days)
Shipping fee: 5.25€ (up to 5kg), + 0.50€ (each additional 1kg)
We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
International shipping
We offer worldwide shipping at the following rates:
GCC (Oman, Saudi Arabi, Qatar, Bahrain)
Shipping method: Courier
Shipping Fee: starting from 16€
Zone 3 (France, Australia, Austria, Azerbaidjan, Cyprus, Danemark, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Jordan, Kazaksthan, Liechtenstein, Macao, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, Ireland, Philippines, Portugal, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Vatican city)
Shipping method: Courier
Shipping Fee: starting from 24€
Zone 4 (United States, Belgium, Brunei, Egypt, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Nepal, Nigeria, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden)
Shipping method: Courier
Shipping Fee: starting from 26€

For EU and UK consumers: We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
