We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. As many items are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur — this is part of their unique charm.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to several countries; available destinations are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Once shipped, we will provide tracking details.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first at hello@bymundora.com to arrange your return.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Mundora cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by improper use, handling, or maintenance.

Mundora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products — including, but not limited to, loss of data, income, or use. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the product in question during the six (6) months period prior to any cause of action arising.
